Violation of these terms may result in permanent blocking of your IP address and legal action where appropriate.

5. File Processing and Data Handling

When you use RoyalPDF.net tools:

• Temporary processing: Files are processed in real-time and stored only during the active session
• Auto-deletion: All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing
• No permanent storage: We do not store, archive, or backup any user files
• No content access: We do not access or view the content of your files beyond the requested operation
• Processing limits: Files up to 50MB are accepted. Larger files may be rejected.

Important: Do not upload files containing sensitive personal, financial, medical, or legal information if you are uncomfortable with online processing. Always keep backups of your original files.

All content on RoyalPDF.net, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of RoyalPDF.net or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. We claim no intellectual property rights over your files. However, by using our tools, you grant us a temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. This license terminates immediately upon file deletion.

Output Files:

Generated PDF files are your property. RoyalPDF.net claims no ownership over files you create using our tools.

Different file formats have different capabilities. PDF conversion from Word, Excel, or other formats may not preserve 100% of original formatting. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoyalPDF.net and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Data loss or file corruption
• Inaccurate conversion results
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Unauthorized access to your files
• Third-party claims

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use our services (which is $0, as our tools are free).
